The Chinese 094A ballistic missile strategic nuclear submarine is an improved version of the 094 nuclear submarine. Firstly, the "turtle back" of the 094A is higher than that of the 094. Secondly, the 094A submarine carries the Juwang-3 submarine launched intercontinental missile, with a maximum range of 12000 kilometers, and can carry 6 to 10 separate guided nuclear warheads. At the same time, in terms of submarine appearance, the 094A nuclear submarine adopts a fillet design and also eliminates the side windows of the hull.
